Return Policy

We are a small business, designing t-shirts is fun for us and we love sharing our designs with the world. We use a printing service, therefore our profit margin is minimal. We developed our return policy based on the policy set forth by our printers. We put together some rules and suggestions for returns to make this work for all of us.

What is allowed: Misprinted, damaged or defective items.

What is NOT allowed: Wrong size choice, wrong color choice, buyers remorse, items not delivered due to the wrong address entered by you

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit (tracking numbers are provided with each order), all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us for instructions to submit an exchange or report a lost package.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Each shirt is printed to order, making it cost-prohibitive for us to refund or exchange the wrong size choice, please use the size guide when choosing your size. Every brand is different.

Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. Our return policy doesn’t cover an error on your part. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. If it was returned to our facility by the postal service, we can reship it to the correct address, however, you would be responsible for the shipping cost.
